About Sponsorship and Support

 

MAG is a not for profit organisation that relies on external sponsorship to fund the following:

 

  1. A commitment to organise and deliver Mediation Awareness Week each year.
  2. Development and maintenance of the Mediation Awareness Week website.
  3. A plan to develop a separate MAG website that provides information about mediation throughout the year, including events and publications covering all sectors of the profession.
  4. Management of publicity, including social media, media and press, production of video material, etc.

 

Principal Sponsors provide annual donations of £2,000 or more in support of MAG’s aims and objectives, including the organisation and delivery of Mediation Awareness Week; and they assist by providing specialist support, advice and publicity.

 

Sponsors provide annual donations of £200 or more (typically in the range £200 – £500) in support of Objectives 1 and 2 above. They also provide reciprocal publicity for Mediation Awareness Week. A Sponsor that organises an event for Mediation Awareness Week is exempt from paying Event Registration Fees provided that the amount of their donation exceeds the total Registration Fee by £200.

 

Partners provide specialist assistance and services to MAG to the value of £500 or more in connection with the organisation and delivery of Mediation Awareness Week.

 

Event Organisers pay a nominal event registration fee of £50 to register an event on the Mediation Awareness Week website. Funds from this source are directed specifically towards the creating new event entries each year. Event Organisers also provide reciprocal publicity for Mediation Awareness Week. All of the Event Organisers are identified in the Events section of this website.
